About Our Executive Chef

Originally from the Midwest, Chef Dustin grew up in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri where he discovered his passion for cooking at a young age. Starting in the resort kitchens of his hometown, Dustin has been able to use his many years in the industry to hone his skills and create delicious food with flavors to please and inspire his audience. His particular love of preparing seafood then brought him and his family to the beautiful coast of North Carolina over 7 years ago where he has been able to flourish as a culinary creator.

When not at work, Dustin has participated in galas, fundraising events, and continues working with local community outreach including Dosher hospital cooking classes for inspiration of healthy cooking. Outside of the kitchen, you can find him spending time with his wife Gwen along with his two daughters and two-year-old son. He also enjoys the outdoors, boating, fishing, and working his way to his next big dream.
